Reminders & tools

Set up a nudge for the times you usually slip. Everything here runs entirely on your device — nothing is stored, tracked, or sent anywhere.

Calendar reminders

The most reliable option. Pick your high-risk times, download the file, and open it — your phone or computer's calendar will show a recurring daily reminder, even when this site is closed. Works with Apple, Google, and Outlook calendars.

These become recurring daily reminders in your own calendar. To change or delete them later, just edit the event in your calendar app. Nothing is saved here.

Browser nudges (while this tab is open)

Let this page pop a reminder every so often while it's open in a tab. Handy if you keep it pinned. For reminders that fire when everything's closed, use the calendar option above — browsers can't reliably schedule pop-ups on their own.

Heads-up: these only run while this tab stays open. Close it and they stop.

The interrupt

A full-screen wall that yells at you and points you somewhere better. Try it — imagine it firing the moment you catch yourself reaching for the wrong tab.
